This website is operated by the Winnetka Park District (“we”, “us” and “our”) and was created to provide the public with information about our services and events. Any information submitted via this Site may be considered a public record and may be subject to disclosure to third parties.

Use of the Materials on the Site owned by the Winnetka Park District for any purpose other than personal use, as described above, requires written permission from the Winnetka Park District.

Winnetka Park District respects the intellectual property rights of third parties and complies with the terms of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) regarding such rights. By submitting any material or photographs through the Winnetka Park District Site, you are granting permission to have the material posted on this Site and are representing that you are the rightful owner of the submitted material and that no one else may claim rights to this material. Winnetka Park District reserves the right to remove access to infringing material. Such actions do not affect or modify any other rights Winnetka Park District may have under law or contract.
User Account
You may browse the Site and view content without registering, but as a condition to using certain aspects of the Site, you may be required to create a user account and select a password and username.
If you are an owner of an account on the Site, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your private user details (username and password). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve all rights to terminate accounts and edit or remove content at our sole discretion.
Park District Program Changes
Price and availability of any Programs are subject to change without notice.
The Winnetka Park District reserves the right to cancel Programs for various reasons, including, but not limited to, understaffing, minimum registration requirements not met, and in the event of weather events (including, but not limited to, heat, tornadoes, earthquakes, fires, storms, lightning and floods), accidents, riots or for any reason that would affect the safety and security of the Program, participants, and spectators. In the event of such cancellations, refunds will be given according to the Winnetka Park District’s Refund Policy.
Prohibited Uses
The Winnetka Park District reserves the right to remove and/or investigate user content posted to or transmitted via our Site or any of its authorized third-party software applications as well as any other actions which the Winnetka Park District determines, in its sole judgment, to be inappropriate, offensive, illegal or might violate the rights, harm or threaten the safety of others or otherwise violate these Terms of Use.
