The Community Room is available for meetings or small gatherings. It can accommodate up to 40 people and is equipped with free wi-fi access. The community room cannot be used for parties.

799 Sheridan Road Lloyd Beach + beach house is a perfect space for birthday parties and small social gatherings. The beach house is equipped with a restroom, a party room, and parking. Rental includes two tables and 20 chairs. Please note:Â
- Swimming is not permitted at Lloyd BeachÂ
- Paddleboard + kayak rentals are available for an additional feeÂ
- Capacity 50 personsÂ
- Daily Lloyd parking passes available for non-resident guests

Equipped with restrooms, a party room, and off-street parking. This rental space includes six tables and 50 chairs. Access to the swimming beach is available when the beach is open. This is included in the rental fee.Â
Beach house rentals are available from May 15 through October 15.

Our beautiful, rustic platform tennis hut is perfect for social gatherings and meetings. The hut can comfortably accommodate up to 50 adults and includes a flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, full-size refrigerator, kitchen prep area, and a serving island. Exclusive use of the platform tennis courts is included with hut rental. All parties must sign a contract for usage of the hut. Parties in the Platform Tennis Hut are for adults only.Â

All fees are for a four-hour rental on Friday or Saturday nights from 7pm-11pm.
