Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)

The Illinois Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140/1 et seq.) requires all public bodies in Illinois to make non-exempt public records available for inspection and copying. The Winnetka Park District strives to comply with the law and fully endorses the fundamental concept that all persons are entitled to full, accurate and complete information regarding the affairs of the Park District and the official acts and policies adopted by the Park District.
