Join us for FREE family yoga events, designed to get everyone moving and having fun together.Â
Start your day with a rejuvenating yoga session suitable for all ages. Our experienced instructor will guide you through gentle stretches, poses, and breathing exercises designed to improve your flexibility, strength and relaxation. It’s the perfect way to wake up your body and mind. Bring water bottle and yoga mat / towel.Â
