Stepan Family Boat Launch + Fenced in Boat Storage Lottery

Two Storage spaces are available starting May 1, 2026. Storage includes a secure space and in-and-out launch service. Winners will be required to submit payment for the first year’s storage fee by March 1, 2025. 

One space is for a motorized boat trailer or jet ski trailer for a 4-year term via lottery. 

• Lottery tickets will be sold for will be sold for $100 each for residents and $250 each for non-residents. 
• A maximum of ten lottery tickets allowed per boat owner (as listed on boat title or registration). 
• Lottery tickets are available for purchase in-person at WPD Admin Office or online Activity #R10999. 
• Ticket sales end February 10 at 5pm. Lottery drawing will take place February 11 at 11am in-person at WPD Community Room and streamed live via Zoom. 

The second space is for a motorized boat trailer or jet ski trailer for a 7-year term via silent bid. 

Completed Bid Packet must be submitted in a sealed envelope, in-person at WPD Admin Office by February 10 by 5pm. 

• Winning bid will be announced February 11 at 11a in-person at WPD Community Room and streamed live via Zoom.
