Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt is a total mind-body workout for ALL fitness levels. Classes are set to energizing music and designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group by combining plyometrics, strength training and Vinyasa-style yoga. This class will get your mind focused and your heart pumping! Burn extra calories, tone up your shoulders, biceps and core, and leave feeling calm, strong, refreshed and ready to start your day!

Classes are held outdoors on the Skokie Playfields (540 Hibbard Road).

Please bring your own yoga mat, optional hand weights (one or two sets of 3-10 pound weights are recommended), water, and a towel. Class will begin promptly at 7:30am. Please arrive 10 minutes early for set-up.

Yoga Sculpt is for you if you:

  • Love yoga, and need to add more strength-training and conditioning into your routine
  • Love strength training, and need more stretch, mindful movement and flow
  • Love fun workouts set to energizing and uplifting music
  • Want to work on your core strength
  • Need to get out of your head and into your body by connecting your breath with dynamic full-body movement
