We Welcome the Start of Beach Season which Includes the Opening of Elder Lane Beach
As summer approaches, the Winnetka Park District is thrilled to announce the official opening of its seasonal beaches on May 24. Happ Road Court
The Sports Court resurfacing project at Happ Road Park is underway beginning Wednesday, May 14 and will be closed to the public. This phase of the project should take a few days, and the final top coat cannot be applied until at least two weeks later. The Sports Court will be reopen at that time.
Crow Island Woods Turf Restoration
Beginning Monday, April 21, the Village of Winnetka will begin turf restoration efforts at Crow Island Woods Park. This work is a follow-up to the Village’s Crow Island Underground Storage and Conveyance Project. The project is expected to take several weeks, with completion anticipated by mid-May. Hubbard Woods Poured-in-Place Rubber Surfacing
Beginning Tuesday, April 15, Hubbard Woods Playground will be closed for the replacement of the poured-in-place rubber surfacing. Thank you for your patience as these improvements are being completed.
Dredging at Lloyd Beach
