About
Our platform tennis facility features eight outdoor heated and lit courts and a state-of-the-art platform tennis hut. The courts are open year-round (reservations required), with instructional programs offered in the fall, winter, and spring.
Winnetka Platform Tennis Club
Leagues and memberships are handled through our affiliate organization, the Winnetka Platform Tennis Club at (312) 543-4878 or winnetkapaddle.com.
Amenities:
Founded 1978 by small group of Winnetka Residents who wanted a public
option for platform tennis. Winnetka was the first public platform tennis club in the United States.Â
In 2004, the Winnetka Platform Tennis Hut was built and has been a fixture in the Chicago paddle tennis community.
The Two Phase Project began in Fall 2019
â—‹ Phase 1 has been completed, which was to build two additional Courts.Â
â—‹ Courts 7 and 8 went online in August 2023
In partnership with the Winnetka Platform Tennis Club, we will be starting Phase 2 of the project – the expansion of the Tennis Hut.Â
