Community Room at the Administrative Center | 6:30 - 8pm
The Winnetka Park District is updating its Transition Plan for existing parks and facilities as part of our ongoing efforts to improve accessibility throughout the community and comply with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). With this, we are conducting accessibility assessments and developing a Transition Plan to help guide future improvements in accordance with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We would like to invite the community to share their experiences and priorities in helping improve accessibility. Your feedback will help us better understand where improvements are needed and identify accessibility priorities throughout the Park District. We have two different ways to give your input. Through a Community Input Open House and a Survey. Join us for an Open House to give your views and ideas on Wednesday, September 9 at the Administrative Center from 6:30 – 8pm. Survey: All responses are anonymous and will help inform future planning and improvement efforts.  Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective and help us create more accessible spaces for our entire community. |
