About the Park

Tower Road Beach is available for swimming. No boats, paddleboards, kayaks, Jet Skis, or vessels of any kind are allowed. As part of the Winnetka Waterfront 2030 plan, significant improvements were completed from 2020-2021. New elevated stairs and platforms were installed to give users a comfortable and unique route through the treetops with views of the lake. Invasive plants were removed and replaced with native vegetation to stabilize the slopes and beach and create new wildlife habitats.

Season Pass

Entry to the beaches is restricted to season pass holders Thursday through Sunday and holidays (i.e., daily admissions are not accepted those days). Pass holders have unlimited access to the beaches seven days a week.
