COVID-19 Refund Policy

A credit will be applied to your household automatically for all programs and facility rentals that have been or end up being canceled between March 13, 2020 through August 31, 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

If you would prefer a refund or would like to donate a portion or all your fee to the Winnetka Park District to help with our significant fixed costs during this uncertain time, send an email to wpdinfo@nullwinpark.org. Please indicate in the subject line if you are requesting a refund or would like to make a donation.

How Credits Work

  • Credit will be for 100 percent of fee paid, unless one or more classes were held before session/program was canceled. In this case, the credit will be prorated for classes not held.
  • Credits may be used by any member of your household.
  • Credits are valid for any recreation program, camp, group lesson (tennis, ice, golf, paddle), tennis membership, lakefront season pass, or facility rental.
  • Credits are not valid for court fees, public skate fees, ice rentals, daily lakefront passes, greens fees, golf memberships/permanent tee times, or golf private lessons.
  • Credits are applied automatically to your cart total when making a purchase online or through a member of staff.
