COVID-19 Refund Policy
A credit will be applied to your household automatically for all programs and facility rentals that are canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
If you would prefer a refund or would like to donate a portion or all your fee to the Winnetka Park District to help with our significant fixed costs during this uncertain time, send an email to wpdinfo@nullwinpark.org. Please indicate in the subject line if you are requesting a refund or would like to make a donation.
How Credits Work
- Credit will be for 100 percent of fee paid, unless one or more classes were held before session/program was canceled. In this case, the credit will be prorated for classes not held.
- Credits may be used by any member of your household.
- Credits are valid for any recreation program, camp, group lesson (tennis, ice, golf, platform tennis), tennis membership, lakefront season pass, or facility rental.
- Credits are not valid for court fees, public skate fees, ice rentals, daily lakefront passes, greens fees, golf memberships/permanent tee times, or golf private lessons.
- Credits are applied automatically to your cart total when making a purchase online or through a member of staff.
