Our refund policy varies from facility to facility. Please see below for each facility’s specific refund policy.
Starting January 1, 2022, the recreation department will reinstate a cancellation fee of $10 for programs and events. Refunds may be prorated for programs already in session. Fees and refunds will be charged at the discretion of recreation staff, determined based on each instance. Reasons the fee may be waived include: illness, injury, and hardship.
- A full refund will be given for cancellations made at least three weeks before the start date.*
- A 75 percent refund will be given for cancellations made one week before the start date.*
- Transfers will be accepted up to one week before the start date.*
- No refunds or transfers will be issued within one week of the start date.
*A $10 processing fee will be applied.
A $10 fee will be charged for all refunds or changes. No refunds are given after the third class, except for cancellations due to injury or illness. Refunds or account credits are not issued for missed classes, except those missed due to injury or illness.
Platform Tennis Programs
All class refunds are subject to a $25 service fee. There are no refunds after the third class unless class cancellation is due to medical reasons.
Ice Skating + Hockey Programs
All class refunds will incur a $25 service fee. There are no refunds after the second class unless class cancellation is due to medical reasons.
