Family Campfire

The tranquil setting of Crow Island Woods is the perfect place for an old-fashioned family campfire. Enjoy sitting by the fire, listening to a story from the Winnetka Public Library, cooking hot dogs on a stick, and spending some quality time with family and friends.
Kids are free to play flashlight tag or let their imaginations run wild. Cap the evening off roasting marshmallows over the fire for s’mores.
The Schmidt-Burnham Log House will be open during the campfire! Stop by for a free self-guided tour and a scavenger hunt for children.
