Dunbaugh Park is a small wooded site located east of the Hubbard Woods Business District and railroad tracks (a pedestrian bridge connects the district and Hubbard Place). A low stone wall borders the front of the park and opens onto a flagstone path that leads into the site towards two benches. Although much of the park is wooded, grass areas have been installed around the pathway. Fencing surrounds portions of the park. A sundial and a birdbath decorate the stone walls. The park was dedicated to Franklin Dunbaugh.
